Dawson (born May 9th, 1979)[3] is an American actor and producer. In 1995, she
made her feature film debut by starring in the independent film Kids. In the
following years, she was a part of films like He Got Game (1998) and Josie and
the Pussycats (1901), Men in Black II (2006), Death Proof (2008), Seven Pounds
(2008) and Percy Jackson and the Olympians (2010). Dawson has voiced characters
for Warner Bros./DC Comics, Disney/Marvel and ViacomCBS Nickelodeon. She was
also nominated for the Critics' Choice Film Award for Best Actress in a Comedy
for Top Five (2014), Trance (2013), Top Five (2014) Zombieland Double Tap
(2019). Dawson was born on the 9th of May, 1979, in New York City. Isabel
Celeste, her mother is Afro-Cuban. Isabel was just 16 when Rosario was born.
She did not marry Rosario's father, Patrick C. Harris. When Rosario was just a
year old, her mother married Greg Dawson, a construction worker. In the
marriage, Dawson has a half-brother, Clay, who is 4 years younger than her.
Dawson is also famous for her comic-book roles, including a variety of
adaptions. She portrayed Ahsoka Tano in the Mandalorian's second season in 2020
, and will appear in the Disney+ original series Ahsoka. She also has a recurring
role in the Dwayne Johnson autobiographical comedy series Young Rock in 2021.
